One 9” pie shell, uncooked
3/4 cup swiss cheese, grated
3/4 cup colby cheese, grated
1/4 cup diced green bell peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons flour 3
eggs
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle cheese, bell peppers and onions evenly in pie shell.
Set aside.
Combine milk, flour and eggs in a small mixing bowl. Blend well
with a whisk or electric mixer.
Pour evenly over ingredients in pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted in the center comes
out clean. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
