Jodi Schneiter

Jodi Schneiter holds a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences and History, as well as an Associates degree in Liberal Arts. A member of Phi Theta Kappa, The National Honor Society for two year colleges, she has been named in two annual editions of The National Dean's List.

Her research and pulications center on the fields of gout and low purine foods.

Her first Gout Hater's Cookbook was published in 1998. She is constantly renewing her studies for revisions and new publication releases.
